Shawn Lin fece037fac mmc: sdhci-of-dwcmshc: Adjust DLL_TXCLK_TAPNUM_DEFAULT to 0x10 
This value is better to be 0x10 instead of 0x16 by new test report
to keep all RK356x work consistently.
