Luis R. Rodriguez d0cfebd9b1 tools: firmware: check for distro fallback udev cancel rule ... commit afb999cdef upstream. Some distributions (Debian, OpenSUSE) have a udev rule in place to cancel all fallback mechanism uevents immediately.
