Linux kernel source tree
Usual driver updates (qla2xxx, mpi3mr, mpt3sas, ufs) plus assorted cleanups and fixes. The biggest core change is the massive code motion in the sd driver to remove forward declarations and the most significant change is to enumify the queuecommand return. Signed-off-by: James E.J.
