William Wu e93bc82bf2 usb: quirks: add quirk for Kingston DataTraveler 3.0 with broken LPM ... Kingston DataTraveler 3.0 sometime would be disconnected or not be enumerated successfully by xHCI controller when LPM was enabled. This patch adds an USB_QUIRK_NO_LPM quirk for this device.
