Wang Jie 7cba838b19 arm64: dts: rockchip: rk3588s-tablet: configure sink pdos 
Configure the supported voltage/current list in the
tablet as a sink to realize PD fast charging.

The maximum charging voltage and current depend on
the charger ic and rk3588s tablet. Taking into
account the stable operation of the tablet, the
software is limited to a maximum voltage of 12v
and a maximum current of 3A.
