Peter Geis ba5765a243 arm64: dts: rockchip: fix rk3328 sdmmc0 write errors
commit 09f91381fa upstream.

Various rk3328 based boards experience occasional sdmmc0 write errors.
This is due to the rk3328.dtsi tx drive levels being set to 4ma, vs
8ma per the rk3328 datasheet default settings.

Fix this by setting the tx signal pins to 8ma.
Inspiration from tonymac32's patch,
dc1212b347

Fixes issues on the rk3328-roc-cc and the rk3328-rock64 (as per the
above commit message).

Tested on the rk3328-roc-cc board.

Linux kernel
============

There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can
be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.

In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

    https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
See Documentation/00-INDEX for a list of what is contained in each file.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
