After I converted br_mst_set_state to RCU, I forgot to update the vlan group dereference helper. Patch 01 is a requirement for the fix in patch 02. Note I did consider rcu_dereference_rtnl() but the churn is much bigger and in every part of the bridge. We can do that as a cleanup in net-next. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the reStructuredText markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
