Bjorn Helgaas aaf1f08ac0 MIPS: lantiq: Remove unnecessary include of <linux/of_irq.h> 
arch/mips/pci/fixup-lantiq.c requires nothing from <linux/of_irq.h>, so
remove the include of it.
