Zhen Chen c7ac8c9aa3 MALI: bifrost: fix bug that GPU is not powered off after idle ... The bug was found in the case of that system suspend process was broken off for USB ADB being connected. This fix is provided by Zhigang.Yao@arm.com of support_mali.
