Peter Zijlstra 7bd291abe2 sched: Unify the SCHED_{SMT,CLUSTER,MC} Kconfig 
Like many Kconfig symbols, SCHED_{SMT,CLUSTER,MC} are duplicated
across arch/*/Kconfig. Try and clean up a little.
