Linux kernel source tree
Zhang Qilong says: ==================== Fix usage counter leak by adding a general sync ops In many case, we need to check return value of pm_runtime_get_sync, but it brings a trouble to the usage counter processing. Many callers forget to decrease the usage counter when it failed, which could resulted in reference leak. It has been discussed a lot[0][1]. So we add a function to deal with the usage counter for better coding and view. Then, we replace pm_runtime_resume_and_get with it in fec_main.c to avoid it. Linux kernel
============
There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can
be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
