Ryusuke Konishi 5924e6ec15 nilfs2: fix incorrect masking of permission flags for symlinks
The permission flags of newly created symlinks are wrongly dropped on
nilfs2 with the current umask value even though symlinks should have 777
(rwxrwxrwx) permissions:

 $ umask
 0022
 $ touch file && ln -s file symlink; ls -l file symlink
 -rw-r--r--. 1 root root 0 Jun 23 16:29 file
 lrwxr-xr-x. 1 root root 4 Jun 23 16:29 symlink -> file

This fixes the bug by inserting a missing check that excludes
symlinks.

Linux kernel
============

There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can
be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.

In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

    https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
