Move NQ related data structures from rdev to a new structure named "struct bnxt_re_nq_record" by keeping a pointer to in the rdev structure. Allocate the memory for it dynamically. This change is needed for subsequent patches in the series. Also, removed the nq_task variable from rdev structure as it is redundant and no longer used. This change would help to reduce the size of the driver private structure as well.
