Guenter Roeck 1c9b773d91 drivers: parport: Kconfig: exclude arm64 for PARPORT_PC 
Fix build problem seen with arm64:allmodconfig.

drivers/parport/parport_pc.c:67:25: fatal error: asm/parport.h: No such file or
directory

arm64 does not support PARPORT_PC.
