blk_mq_pci_map_queues and blk_mq_virtio_map_queues will create a CPU to hardware queue mapping based on affinity information. These two function share common code and only differ on how the affinity information is retrieved. Also, those functions are located in the block subsystem where it doesn't really fit in. They are virtio and pci subsystem specific. Thus introduce provide a generic mapping function which uses the irq_get_affinity callback from bus_type. Linux kernel
============
There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can
be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the reStructuredText markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
