Finley Xiao 7ee882d39e Revert "soc: rockchip: system_monitor: change cdev state according to temperature" ... This reverts commit 72dc50cd92. As the system monitor support changing thermal governor and managing cooling devices, there's no need to export system monitor devices to thermal framework.
