ANDROID: cpuhp/pause: schedule cpu_hotplug_work on resume cpu
Resume cpu need to run cpuset_hotplug_workfn which need take
about several milliseconds, and even more if the system have
more tasks.
This isn't suitable to run in the main task context of resume
cpu.
Due to the cpu which is resuming only have active mask,
but still not rebuild sched domain, make this slow
work run on resuming cpu can not take extra overload to
previous active cpus.

FROMGIT: cgroup: make per-cgroup pressure stall tracking configurable
PSI accounts stalls for each cgroup separately and aggregates it at each
level of the hierarchy. This causes additional overhead with psi_avgs_work
being called for each cgroup in the hierarchy. psi_avgs_work has been
highly optimized, however on systems with large number of cgroups the
overhead becomes noticeable.
Systems which use PSI only at the system level could avoid this overhead
if PSI can be configured to skip per-cgroup stall accounting.
Add "cgroup_disable=pressure" kernel command-line option to allow
requesting system-wide only pressure stall accounting. When set, it
keeps system-wide accounting under /proc/pressure/ but skips accounting
for individual cgroups and does not expose PSI nodes in cgroup hierarchy.

ANDROID: cgroup: Add android_rvh_cgroup_force_kthread_migration
In Android GKI, CONFIG_FAIR_GROUP_SCHED is enabled [1] to help
prioritize important work. Given that CPU shares of root cgroup
can't be changed, leaving the tasks inside root cgroup will give
them higher share compared to the other tasks inside important
cgroups. This is mitigated by moving all tasks inside root cgroup to
a different cgroup after Android is booted. However, there are many
kernel tasks stuck in the root cgroup after the boot.
It is possible to relax kernel threads and kworkers migrations under
certain scenarios. However the patch [2] posted at upstream is not
accepted. Hence add a restricted vendor hook to notify modules when a
kernel thread is requested for cgroup migration. The modules can relax
the restrictions forced by the kernel and allow the cgroup migration.

BACKPORT: FROMLIST: cpuset: Honour task_cpu_possible_mask() in guarantee_online_cpus()
Asymmetric systems may not offer the same level of userspace ISA support across all CPUs, meaning that some applications cannot be executed by some CPUs. As a concrete example, upcoming arm64 big.LITTLE designs do not feature support for 32-bit applications on both clusters. Modify guarantee_online_cpus() to take task_cpu_possible_mask() into account when trying to find a suitable set of online CPUs for a given task. This will avoid passing an invalid mask to set_cpus_allowed_ptr() during ->attach() and will subsequently allow the cpuset hierarchy to be taken into account when forcefully overriding the affinity mask for a task which requires migration to a compatible CPU. FROMLIST: cpuset: Don't use the cpu_possible_mask as a last resort for cgroup v1
If the scheduler cannot find an allowed CPU for a task, cpuset_cpus_allowed_fallback() will widen the affinity to cpu_possible_mask if cgroup v1 is in use. In preparation for allowing architectures to provide their own fallback mask, just return early if we're not using cgroup v2 and allow select_fallback_rq() to figure out the mask by itself. ANDROID: cpu/hotplug: rebuild sched domains immediately
In the resume_cpus() path, cpus cannot be taken advantage of until the cpus write lock is acquired, and cpus are activated and domains rebuilt. This can incurr significant delay in the unpause operation. Additionally, if scheduled through the kworker thread, the wait time for rebuilding sched domains becomes large due to a busy system that can prevent the kworker from executing. Activate the cpus and call the cpuset_hotplug_workfn directly within resume_cpus prior to getting the cpus write lock, thereby eliminating delays associated with scheduling this activity. ANDROID: cpuset: Make cpusets restore on hotplug
This deliberately changes the behavior of the per-cpuset
cpus file to not be effected by hotplug. When a cpu is offlined,
it will be removed from the cpuset/cpus file. When a cpu is onlined,
if the cpuset originally requested that that cpu was part of the cpuset,
that cpu will be restored to the cpuset. The cpus files still
have to be hierachical, but the ranges no longer have to be out of
the currently online cpus, just the physically present cpus.

Fix multiple occurrences of duplicated words in kernel/. Fix one typo/spello on the same line as a duplicate word. Change one instance of "the the" to "that the". Otherwise just drop one of the repeated words. cgroup: Zero sized write should be no-op
Do not report failure on zero sized writes, and handle them as no-op.
There's issues for example in case of writev() when there's iovec
containing zero buffer as a first one. It's expected writev() on below
example to successfully perform the write to specified writable cgroup
file expecting integer value, and to return 2. For now it's returning
value -1, and skipping the write:
