Export reference quantization and huffman tables as provided in ITU-T.81 so
that they can be re-used by other JPEG drivers.
These are example tables provided in ITU-T.81 as reference tables and the
JPEG encoders are free to use either these or their own proprietary tables.
Also add necessary prefixes to be used for huffman tables in global header
file.

It would be useful to mark instances of v4l2_subdev_state structures as
const when code needs to access them read-only. This isn't currently
possible, as the v4l2_subdev_state_get_*() accessor functions take a
non-const pointer to the state.
Use _Generic() to provide two different versions of the accessors, for
const and non-const states respectively. The former returns a const
pointer to the requested format, rectangle or interval, implementing
const-correctness. The latter returns a non-const pointer, preserving
the current behaviour for drivers.

The documentation of the v4l2_subdev_state_get_format() macro

v4l2_subdev_enable/disable_streams_fallback() supports falling back to
.s_stream() for subdevs with a single source pad. It also tracks the
enabled streams for that one pad in the sd->enabled_streams field.
Tracking the enabled streams with sd->enabled_streams does not make
sense, as with .s_stream() there can only be a single stream per pad.
Thus, as the v4l2_subdev_enable/disable_streams_fallback() only supports
a single source pad, all we really need is a boolean which tells whether
streaming has been enabled on this pad or not.
However, as we only need a true/false state for a pad (instead of
tracking which streams have been enabled for a pad), we can easily
extend the fallback mechanism to support multiple source pads as we only
need to keep track of which pads have been enabled.
Change the sd->enabled_streams field to sd->enabled_pads, which is a
64-bit bitmask tracking the enabled source pads. With this change we can
remove the restriction that
v4l2_subdev_enable/disable_streams_fallback() only supports a single
source pad.

call_s_stream() uses sd->enabled_streams to track whether streaming has
already been enabled. However,
v4l2_subdev_enable/disable_streams_fallback(), which was the original
user of this field, already uses it, and
v4l2_subdev_enable/disable_streams_fallback() will call call_s_stream().
This leads to a conflict as both functions set the field. Afaics, both
functions set the field to the same value, so it won't cause a runtime
bug, but it's still wrong and if we, e.g., change how
v4l2_subdev_enable/disable_streams_fallback() operates we might easily
cause bugs.
Fix this by adding a new field, 's_stream_enabled', for
call_s_stream().

if it is when calling CEC_ADAP_S_LOG_ADDRS.
This prevents a case where cec_claim_log_addrs() could be called

The len_routes field is used to tell the size of the routes array in
struct v4l2_subdev_routing. This way the number of routes returned from
S_ROUTING IOCTL may be larger than the number of routes provided, in case
there are more routes returned by the driver.
Note that this uAPI is still disabled in the code, so this change can
safely be done. Anyone who manually patched the code to enable this uAPI
must update their code.
The patch also increases the number of reserved fields in struct
v4l2_subdev_routing.

Add two new functions, v4l2_subdev_lock_states() and
v4l2_subdev_unclock_states(), to acquire and release the state of two
sub-devices. They differ from calling v4l2_subdev_{un,}lock_state() so
that if the two states share the same lock, the lock is acquired only
once.
Also use the new functions in v4l2_subdev_link_validate().

Currently, subdev dv timing calls (i.e. g/s/query_dv_timings) are video
ops without a pad argument. This is a problem if the subdevice can have
different dv timings for each pad (e.g. a DisplayPort receiver with
multiple virtual channels).
To solve this, change these calls to include a pad argument, and put
them into pad ops. Keep the old ones temporarily to make the switch
easier.

When REMOVE_BUFS will be introduced holes could created in bufs array.
To be able to reuse these unused indices reworking how create->index
is set is mandatory.
Let __vb2_queue_alloc() decide which first index is correct and
forward this to the caller.

Add 'min_reqbufs_allocation' field in the vb2_queue structure so drivers
can specify the minimum number of buffers to allocate when calling
VIDIOC_REQBUFS.
When initializing the queue, v4l2 core makes sure that the following
constraints are respected:
- the minimum number of buffers to allocate must be at least 2 because
one buffer is used by the hardware while the other is being processed
by userspace.
-if the driver needs 'min_queued_buffers' in the queue before calling
start_streaming(), then the minimum requirement is 'min_queued_buffers + 1'
to keep at least one buffer available for userspace.
Simplify __vb2_init_fileio() by using 'min_reqbufs_allocation' directly
to avoid duplicating the minimum number of buffers to allocate computation.

Do not rely on the number of allocated buffers to know if the
queue is busy but on a flag set when at least one buffer has been allocated
by REQBUFS or CREATE_BUFS ioctl.
The flag is reset when REQBUFS is called with count = 0 or the file
handle is closed.
This is needed because remove buffers feature will be able to remove
all the buffers from a queue while streaming so relying on the number
of allocated buffers in the queue won't be possible.

The subdev .[gs]_frame_interval are video operations, but they operate
on pads (and even on streams). Not only is this confusing, it causes
practical issues for drivers as the operations don't receive a subdev
state pointer, requiring manual state handling.
To improve the situation, turn the operations into pad operations, and
extend them to receive a state pointer like other pad operations.
While at it, rename the operations to .[gs]et_frame_interval at the same
time to match the naming scheme of other pad operations. This isn't
strictly necessary, but given that all drivers using those operations
need to be modified, handling the rename separately would generate more
churn for very little gain (if at all).

The subdev state locking macros and macros to get the active state are
currently behind CONFIG_MEDIA_CONTROLLER. This makes sense, as there can
be no subdev state without MC.
However, we have code paths common to MC and non-MC cases which call
subdev operations that have subdev state as a parameter. In the non-MC
case the state parameter would always be NULL.
Thus it makes sense to allow, e.g.:

which for non-MC case would call the subdev passing NULL as the state.

Fix the issue by moving the related macros to be outside
CONFIG_MEDIA_CONTROLLER. The v4l2_subdev_lock_state() and
v4l2_subdev_unlock_state() macros will crash if given NULL as the state,
but the other macros behave correctly even when there's no active state,
and they will only call the lock/unlock macros if there is a state.
An alternative fix would be to make another version of
v4l2_subdev_call_state_try() with ifdefs, which would not use any state
macros and would always pass NULL as the state. But having two version
of a macro/function is always more confusing than having just one, so I
went this way.
So, this fixes the v4l2_subdev_call_state_active() macro. But we also
have v4l2_subdev_call_state_try(). It would be possible to fix that
macro by additionally creating "no-op" variants of the state alloc and
free functions. However, v4l2_subdev_call_state_try() is only used by a
single driver (stm32-dcmi), which selects MC, and the macro is supposed
to be removed as soon as the users have been converted away from the
macro. Thus I have not touched the state alloc/free functions, and I
think it makes sense to keep alloc/free functions available only if
there's actually something that can be allocated or freed.

Some sensors, e.g. Sony IMX290, are using little-endian registers. Add
support for those by encoding the endianness into Bit 20 of the register
address.

The subdev .init_cfg() operation is affected by two issues:
- It has long been extended to initialize a whole v4l2_subdev_state
instead of just a v4l2_subdev_pad_config, but its name has stuck
around.
- Despite operating on a whole subdev state and not being directly
exposed to the subdev users (either in-kernel or through the userspace
API), .init_cfg() is categorized as a subdev pad operation.
This participates in making the subdev API confusing for new developers.
Fix it by renaming the operation to .init_state(), and make it a subdev
internal operation.

The sub-device state access functions take three arguments: sub-device
state, pad and stream. The stream is not relevant for the majority of
drivers and having to specify 0 for the stream is considered a nuisance.
Provide a two-argument macros for these state access functions to cover
the needs of stream-unaware users.

Rename the sub-devices state information access functions, removing
"_stream" from them and replacing "format" by "ffmt". This makes them
shorter and so more convenient to use. No other sets of functions will be

There are two sets of functions that return information from sub-device
state, one for stream-unaware users and another for stream-aware users.
Add support for stream-aware functions to return format, crop and compose
information from pad-based array that are functionally equivalent to the
old, stream-unaware ones.
Also check state is non-NULL, in order to guard against old drivers
potentially calling this with NULL state for active formats or selection
rectangles.

Count how many Low Drive, Error and Arbitration Lost transmit
status errors occurred, and expose that in debugfs.
Also log the first 8 transmits that result in Low Drive or Error
conditions. That really should not happen with well-behaved CEC devices
and good HDMI cables.
This is useful to detect and debug HDMI cable issues.

Add 'max_num_buffers' field in vb2_queue struct to let drivers decide
how many buffers could be stored in a queue.
This require 'bufs' array to be allocated at queue init time and freed
when releasing the queue.
By default VB2_MAX_FRAME remains the limit.

In the future a side effect of introducing DELETE_BUFS ioctl is
the create of 'holes' (i.e. unused buffers) in bufs arrays.
To know which entries of the bufs arrays are used a bitmap will
be added in struct vb2_queue. That will also mean that the number
of buffers will be computed given the number of bit set in this bitmap.
To smoothly allow this evolution all drives must stop using
directly num_buffers field from struct vb2_queue.

Add a new flag to the `struct v4l2_m2m_dev` to toggle whether a queue
must be streaming in order to allow queuing jobs to the ready queue.
Currently, both queues (CAPTURE & OUTPUT) must be streaming in order to
allow adding new jobs. This behavior limits the usability of M2M for
some drivers, as these have to be able, to perform analysis of the
sequence to ensure, that userspace prepares the CAPTURE queue correctly.

Prepare for the coming implementation by GCC and Clang of the __counted_by
attribute. Flexible array members annotated with __counted_by can have
their accesses bounds-checked at run-time checking via CONFIG_UBSAN_BOUNDS
(for array indexing) and CONFIG_FORTIFY_SOURCE (for strcpy/memcpy-family
functions).
As found with Coccinelle[1], add __counted_by for
struct v4l2_subscribed_event.
Additionally, since the element count member must be set before accessing
the annotated flexible array member, move its initialization earlier.

The subdev .s_stream() operation must not be called to start an already
started subdev, or stop an already stopped one. This requirement has
never been formally documented. Fix it, and catch possible offenders
with a WARN_ON() in the call_s_stream() wrapper.

Routing support, through the subdev .set_routing() operation, requires
the subdev to support streams. This is however not clearly documented
anywhere. Fix it by expanding the operation's documentation to indicate
that subdevs must set the V4L2_SUBDEV_FL_STREAMS flag.

The v4l2_pipeline_pm_get() and v4l2_pipeline_pm_put() functions were
needed to control sub-devices' power states before runtime PM. These
functions should no longer be used, and instead sub-device drivers should
use runtime PM.

Previously on ACPI platforms, sensors that are intended to be connected
to an IPU device for use with the ipu3-cio2 driver lacking the necessary
connection information in firmware. IPU bridge driver is to connect
sensors to IPU device via software nodes.
Currently IVSC located between IPU device and sensors is available in
existing commercial platforms from multiple OEMs. But the connection
information between them in firmware is also not enough to build V4L2
connection graph. This patch parses the connection properties from the
SSDB buffer in DSDT and build the connection using software nodes.
IVSC driver is based on MEI framework (previously known as HECI), it
has two MEI clients, MEI CSI and MEI ACE. Both clients are used to
communicate messages with IVSC firmware. Linux abstracts MEI client
as a device, whose bus type is MEI. And the device is addressed by a
GUID/UUID which is part of the device name of MEI client. After figured
out MEI CSI via the UUID composed device name, this patch setup the
connection between MEI CSI and IPU, and the connection between MEI CSI
and sensor via software nodes.

In most cases when a VCM is used there is a single integrated module
with the sensor + VCM + lens. This means that the sensor and VCM often
share regulators and possibly also something like a powerdown pin.
In the ACPI tables this is modelled as a single ACPI device with
multiple I2cSerialBus resources.
On atomisp devices the regulators and clks are modelled as ACPI
power-resources, which are controlled by the (ACPI) power state
of the sensor. So the sensor must be in D0 power state for the VCM
to work.
To make this work add a device-link with DL_FLAG_PM_RUNTIME flag
so that the sensor will automatically be runtime-resumed whenever
the VCM is runtime-resumed.
This requires the probing of the VCM and thus the creation of the VCM
I2C-client to be delayed till after the sensor driver has bound.
Move the instantiation of the VCM I2C-client to the v4l2_async_notifier
bound op, so that it is done after the sensor driver has bound; and
add code to add the device-link.
This fixes the problem with the shared ACPI power-resources on atomisp2
and this avoids the need for VCM related workarounds on IPU3 / IPU6.
E.g. until now the dw9719 driver needed to get and control a Vsio
(V sensor IO) regulator since that needs to be enabled to enable I2C
pass-through on the PMIC on the sensor module. So the driver was
controlling this regulator even though the actual dw9719 chip has no
Vsio pin / power-plane.
This also removes the need for ipu_bridge_init() to return
-EPROBE_DEFER since the VCM is now instantiated later.

The CSI2 specification specifies a standard method to access camera sensor
registers called "Camera Control Interface (CCI)".
This uses either 8 or 16 bit (big-endian wire order) register addresses
and supports 8, 16, 24 or 32 bit (big-endian wire order) register widths.
Currently a lot of Linux camera sensor drivers all have their own custom
helpers for this, often copy and pasted from other drivers.
Add a set of generic helpers for this so that all sensor drivers can
switch to a single common implementation.
These helpers take an extra optional "int *err" function parameter,
this can be used to chain a bunch of register accesses together with
only a single error check at the end, rather than needing to error
check each individual register access. The first failing call will
set the contents of err to a non 0 value and all other calls will
then become no-ops.

The adap_configured() callback was called with the adap->lock mutex
held if the 'configured' argument was false, and without the adap->lock
mutex held if that argument was true.
That was very confusing, and so split this up in a adap_unconfigured()
callback and a high-level configured() callback.
This also makes it easier to understand when the mutex is held: all
low-level adap_* callbacks are called with the mutex held. All other
callbacks are called without that mutex held.

A potential deadlock was found by Zheng Zhang with a local syzkaller
instance.
The problem is that when a non-blocking CEC transmit is canceled by calling
cec_data_cancel, that in turn can call the high-level received() driver
callback, which can call cec_transmit_msg() to transmit a new message.
The cec_data_cancel() function is called with the adap->lock mutex held,
and cec_transmit_msg() tries to take that same lock.
The root cause is that the received() callback can either be used to pass
on a received message (and then adap->lock is not held), or to report a
canceled transmit (and then adap->lock is held).
This is confusing, so create a new low-level adap_nb_transmit_canceled
callback that reports back that a non-blocking transmit was canceled.
And the received() callback is only called when a message is received,
as was the case before commit f9d0ecbf56 ("media: cec: correctly pass
on reply results") complicated matters.

Set the v4l2_device already in async notifier init, so struct device
related to it will be available before the notifier is registered. This
requires separating notifier initialisation into two functions, one that
takes v4l2_device as its argument, v4l2_async_nf_init and
v4l2_async_subdev_nf_init, for sub-device notifiers. Registering the
notifier will use a single function, v4l2_async_nf_register.
This is done in order to make struct device available earlier, during
construction of the async connections, for sensible debug prints.

When the v4l2-async framework was introduced, the use case for it was to
connect a camera sensor with a parallel receiver. Both tended to be rather
simple devices with a single connection between them.
The framework has been since improved in multiple ways but there are
limitations that have remained, for instance the assumption an async
sub-device is connected towards a single notifier and via a single link
only.
This patch enables connecting a sub-device to one or more notifiers
simultaneously, with one or more connections per notifier. The notifier
information is moved from the sub-device to the connection and the
connections in sub-device are no longer a pointer but a linked list.

v4l2_async_connection, typically allocated by drivers together with their
own information on an external sub-device.
The relation between connections and sub-devices still remains 1:1 but
this code becomes more complex when the relation soon changes.

This patch re-arranges internal V4L2 async lists for preparation of
supporting multiple connections per sub-device as well as cleaning up used
lists.
The list of unbound V4L2 sub-devices shall be maintained for the purpose of
listing those sub-devices only, not for their bindin status. Also, the V4L2
async connections now have, instead of two list entries, a single list
entry in the notifier's list, be that either waiting or done lists, while
the notifier's asc_list is removed.
The one-to-one relation between a sub-device and a connection is still
maintained in this patch.

Rename v4l2_async_subdev as v4l2_async_connection, in order to
differentiate between the sub-devices and their connections: one
sub-device can have many connections but the V4L2 async framework has so
far allowed just a single one. Connections in this context will later
translate into either MC ancillary or data links.
This patch prepares changing that relation by changing existing users of
v4l2_async_subdev to switch to v4l2_async_connection. Async sub-devices
themselves will not be needed anymore
Additionally, __v4l2_async_nf_add_subdev() has been renamed
__v4l2_async_nf_add_connection().

The v4l2_async_nf_parse_fwnode_endpoints() function, part of
v4l2-fwnode.c, was a helper meant to register one async sub-dev for each
fwnode endpoint of a device.
The function is marked as deprecated in the documentation and is actually
not used anywhere anymore. Drop it and remove the helper function
v4l2_async_nf_fwnode_parse_endpoint() from v4l2-fwnode.c.
This change allows to make the helper function
__v4l2_async_nf_add_connection() visibility private to v4l2-async.c so
that there is no risk drivers can mistakenly use it.

Fraction bytes-per-pixel exist for some packed format. You will find
notably on Rockhip platform that 10bit data is stored fully packed,
meaning that there is 1.25 pixels per bytes. This can be represented
with the fraction 5/4 and can be used to scale the width into a
bytesperline.

Fix this by creating a common <media/jpeg.h> header file, containing
definitions for all JPEG markers used, prefixed by "JPEG_MARKER_", based
on the existing private definitions in the Samsung S5P JPEG driver, and

dvb_register_device() dynamically allocates fops with kmemdup()
to set the fops->owner.
And these fops are registered in 'file->f_ops' using replace_fops()
in the dvb_device_open() process, and kfree()d in dvb_free_device().
However, it is not common to use dynamically allocated fops instead
of 'static const' fops as an argument of replace_fops(),
and UAF may occur.
These UAFs can occur on any dvb type using dvb_register_device(),
such as dvb_dvr, dvb_demux, dvb_frontend, dvb_net, etc.
So, instead of kfree() the fops dynamically allocated in
dvb_register_device() in dvb_free_device() called during the
.disconnect() process, kfree() it collectively in exit_dvbdev()
called when the dvbdev.c module is removed.

A race condition may occur between the .disconnect function, which
is called when the device is disconnected, and the dvb_device_open()
function, which is called when the device node is open()ed.
This results in several types of UAFs.
The root cause of this is that you use the dvb_device_open() function,
which does not implement a conditional statement
that checks 'dvbnet->exit'.
So, add 'remove_mutex` to protect 'dvbnet->exit' and use
locked_dvb_net_open() function to check 'dvbnet->exit'.

If the device node of dvb_frontend is open() and the device is
disconnected, many kinds of UAFs may occur when calling close()
on the device node.
The root cause of this is that wake_up() for dvbdev->wait_queue
is implemented in the dvb_frontend_release() function, but
wait_event() is not implemented in the dvb_frontend_stop() function.
So, implement wait_event() function in dvb_frontend_stop() and
add 'remove_mutex' which prevents race condition for 'fe->exit'.

referencing the device has been added in v3.17, but without
corresponding DT bindings, and with DT support in the driver. The driver

Add new ioctls to set and get subdev client capabilities. Client in this
context means the userspace application which opens the subdev device
node. The client capabilities are stored in the file handle of the
opened subdev device node, and the client must set the capabilities for
each opened subdev.
For now we only add a single flag, V4L2_SUBDEV_CLIENT_CAP_STREAMS, which
indicates that the client is streams-aware.
The reason for needing such a flag is as follows:
Many structs passed via ioctls, e.g. struct v4l2_subdev_format, contain
reserved fields (usually a single array field). These reserved fields
can be used to extend the ioctl. The userspace is required to zero the
reserved fields.
We recently added a new 'stream' field to many of these structs, and the
space for the field was taken from these reserved arrays. The assumption
was that these new 'stream' fields are always initialized to zero if the
userspace does not use them. This was a mistake, as, as mentioned above,
the userspace is required to zero the _reserved_ fields. In other words,
there is no requirement to zero this new stream field, and if the
userspace doesn't use the field (which is the case for all userspace
applications at the moment), the field may contain random data.
This shows that the way the reserved fields are defined in v4l2 is, in
my opinion, somewhat broken, but there is nothing to do about that.
To fix this issue we need a way for the userspace to tell the kernel
that the userspace has indeed set the 'stream' field, and it's fine for
the kernel to access it. This is achieved with the new ioctl, which the
userspace should usually use right after opening the subdev device node.

The v4l2_create_fwnode_links_to_pad() helper requires the sink pad
passed to it to belong to a subdev. This requirement can be lifted
easily. Make the function usable for non-subdev sinks, which allows
using it with video_device sinks.

A common case with subdev routing is that on the subdevice just before
the DMA engines (video nodes), no multiplexing is allowed on the source
pads, as the DMA engine can only handle a single stream.
In some other situations one might also want to do the same check on the
sink side.
Add new routing validation flags to check these:
V4L2_SUBDEV_ROUTING_NO_SINK_MULTIPLEXING and
V4L2_SUBDEV_ROUTING_NO_SOURCE_MULTIPLEXING.

V4L2_SUBDEV_ROUTING_NO_STREAM_MIX routing validation flag means that all
routes from a sink pad must go to the same source pad and all routes
going to the same source pad must originate from the same sink pad.
This does not cover all use cases. For example, if a device routes
all streams from a single sink pad to any of the source pads, but
streams from multiple sink pads can go to the same source pad, the
current flag is too restrictive.
Split the flag into two parts, V4L2_SUBDEV_ROUTING_NO_SINK_STREAM_MIX
and V4L2_SUBDEV_ROUTING_NO_SOURCE_STREAM_MIX, which add the restriction
only on one side of the device. Together they mean the same as
V4L2_SUBDEV_ROUTING_NO_STREAM_MIX.

Destructive overlay support (i.e. where the video frame is DMA-ed
straight into a framebuffer) is effectively dead. It was a
necessary evil in the early days when computers were not fast enough
to copy SDTV video frames around, but today that's no longer a problem.
It requires access to the framebuffer memory, which is a bad idea and
very hard to do safely. In addition, in drm it is today almost
impossible to get hold of the framebuffer address.
So drop support for this.

dvb_net.h includes a bunch of core networking headers which increases
the number of objects rebuilt when we touch them. They are unnecessary
for the header itself and only one driver has an indirect dependency.
tveeprom.h includes if_packet to gain access to ETH_ALEN. This
is a bit of an overkill because if_packet.h pulls in skbuff.h.
The definition of ETH_ALEN is in the uAPI header, which is
very rarely touched, so switch to including that.
This results in roughly 250 fewer objects built when skbuff.h
is touched (6028 -> 5788).

Add a common keymap for the RC10/RC0 and RC20/RC-BT remotes used with
the Dreambox One and Dreambox Two DVB-S/T boxes. The maps are combined
since the IR codes do not conflict and both boxes have shipped with
both remote designs over time.
Both remote types can be programmed to control TVs, so include non-IR
keys that are used to switch-to or toggle the remote mode:
- DREAM in RC10/RC0 switches to (Dreambox) STB control mode
- TV in RC10/RC0 switches to TV control mode
- MODE in RC20/RC-BT toggles between STB/TV/BT control modes
In the RC20 keymap the Android MIC (voice search) key maps to KEY_HELP
and EXIT is mapped to KEY_ESC to replicate the go-backwards navigation
behaviour in the Android vendor OS that ships on Dreambox devices.

use register access helpers with the following function prototypes:

To read/write registers on Omnivision OVxxxx image sensors wich expect
a 16 bit register address in big-endian format and which have 1-3 byte
wide registers, in big-endian format (for the higher width registers).
Add a new ov_16bit_addr_reg_helpers.h header file with static inline
versions of these register access helpers, so that this code duplication
can be removed.

Add a media_pipeline_for_each_entity() macro to iterate over entities in
a pipeline. This should be used by driver as a replacement of the
media_graph_walk API, as iterating over the media_pipeline uses the
cached list of pads and is thus more efficient.
Deprecate the media_graph_walk API to indicate it shouldn't be used in
new drivers.

Make v4l2_async_register_subdev_sensor() try to get a privacy LED
associated with the sensor and extend the call_s_stream() wrapper to
enable/disable the privacy LED if found.
This makes the core handle privacy LED control, rather then having to
duplicate this code in all the sensor drivers.

The Cypress EZUSB FX3 UVC example can be configured to report pixel
format "e436eb7e-524f-11ce-9f53-0020af0ba770". This is its GUID for
BGRA/X 8:8:8:8.
The UVC 1.5 spec [1] only defines GUIDs for YUY2, NV12, M420 and I420.
This seems to be an extension documented in the Microsoft Windows Media
Format SDK[2]. This Media Format SDK defines this GUID as corresponding
to `MEDIASUBTYPE_RGB32`, which is confirmed by [4] as `MEDIASUBTYPE_ARGB32`
has different GUID.
Note that in my case, the FX3 UVC can output either channel order,
BGR or RGB or any other mix for that matter. Since Linux commit
1b8dc32286 ("[media] uvcvideo: Add GUID for BGR 8:8:8")
defined a GUID for `MEDIASUBTYPE_RGB24` channel order as BGR, keep
this change consistent and define `MEDIASUBTYPE_RGB32` as BGR as well.
Document [3] also indicates the channel order is BGR.

The vpfe_capture drivers do not use the vb2 framework for streaming
video, instead they use the old vb1 framework and nobody stepped in to
convert these drivers to vb2.
The hardware is very old, so the decision was made to remove them
altogether since we want to get rid of the old vb1 framework.

The v4l2_subdev_s_stream_helper() helper can be used by subdevs that
implement the stream-aware .enable_streams() and .disable_streams()
operations to implement .s_stream(). This is limited to subdevs that
have a single source pad.

Add two new subdev pad operations, .enable_streams() and
.disable_streams(), to allow control of individual streams per pad. This
is a superset of what the video .s_stream() operation implements.
To help with handling of backward compatibility, add two wrapper
functions around those operations, and require their usage in drivers.

Add two helper functions to make dealing with streams easier:
v4l2_subdev_routing_find_opposite_end - given a routing table and a pad
+ stream, return the pad + stream on the opposite side of the subdev.
v4l2_subdev_state_get_opposite_stream_format - return a pointer to the
format on the pad + stream on the opposite side from the given pad +
stream.

Add support to manage configurations (format, crop, compose) per stream,
instead of per pad. This is accomplished with data structures that hold
an array of all subdev's stream configurations.
The number of streams can vary at runtime based on routing. Every time
the routing is changed, the stream configurations need to be
re-initialized.
