Kuba Piecuch	4615361f0b	sched_ext: Make string params of __ENUM_set() const ... A small change to improve type safety/const correctness. __COMPAT_read_enum() already has const string parameters. It fixes a warning when using the header in C++ code: error: ISO C++11 does not allow conversion from string literal to 'char *' [-Werror,-Wwritable-strings] That's because string literals have type char[N] in C and const char[N] in C++. Synchronize with https://github.com/sched-ext/scx at dc44584874f0 ("kernel: Synchronize with kernel tools/sched_ext"). - READ/WRITE_ONCE() is made more proper and READA_ONCE_ARENA() is dropped. - scale_by_task_weight[_inverse]() helpers added. - Enum defs expanded to cover more and new enums. - Don't trigger fatal error when some enums are missing from kernel BTF. Tejun Heo	8da7bf2cee	tools/sched_ext: Receive updates from SCX repo ... Receive tools/sched_ext updates form https://github.com/sched-ext/scx to sync userspace bits: - scx_bpf_dump_header() added which can be used to print out basic scheduler info on dump. - BPF possible/online CPU iterators added. - CO-RE enums added. The enums are autogenerated from vmlinux.h. Include the generated artifacts in tools/sched_ext to keep the Makefile simpler. - Other misc changes.
