According to the Arm ARM (ARM DDI 0487, L.a), section D18.2.6
"Events packet", apart from the empty predicate and partial
predicates, an SVE or SME operation can be predicate-disabled
or full predicated.
To provide complete results, introduce two predicate types for
these cases.

Add the evsel from evsel__parse_sample into the struct
perf_sample. Sometimes we want to alter the evsel associated with a
sample, such as with off-cpu bpf-output events. In general the evsel
and perf_sample are passed as a pair, but this makes an altered evsel
something of a chore to keep checking for and setting up. Later
patches will remove passing an evsel with the perf_sample and switch
to just using the perf_sample's value.

The deferred stack trace code wasn't using perf_sample__init/exit. Add
the deferred stack trace clean up to perf_sample__exit which requires
proper NULL initialization in perf_sample__init. Make the
perf_sample__exit robust to being called more than once by using
zfree. Make the error paths in evsel__parse_sample exit the
sample. Add a merged_callchain boolean to capture that callchain is
allocated, deferred_callchain doen't suffice for this. Pack the struct
variables to avoid padding bytes for this.
Similiarly powerpc_vpadtl_sample wasn't using perf_sample__init/exit,
use it for consistency and potential issues with uninitialized
variables.
Similarly guest_session__inject_events in builtin-inject wasn't using
perf_sample_init/exit. The lifetime management for fetched events is
somewhat complex there, but when an event is fetched the sample should
be initialized and needs exiting on error. The sample may be left in
place so that future injects have access to it.

The script_fetch_insn code was only supported on natively running x86.
Implement a crude elf_machine_max_instruction_length function and use to
give an instruction length on more than just x86.
Use the ELF machine to determine the length to use to support
cross-architecture development.

Add a new event type for deferred callchains and a new callback for the
struct perf_tool. For now it doesn't actually handle the deferred
callchains but it just marks the sample if it has the PERF_CONTEXT_
USER_DEFFERED in the callchain array.
At least, perf report can dump the raw data with this change. Actually
this requires the next commit to enable attr.defer_callchain, but if you
already have a data file, it'll show the following result.

By definition arch sample parsing and synthesis will inhibit certain
kinds of cross-platform record then analysis (report, script,
etc.). Remove arch_perf_parse_sample_weight and
arch_perf_synthesize_sample_weight replacing with a common
implementation. Combine perf_sample p_stage_cyc and retire_lat as
weight3 to capture the differing uses regardless of compiled for
architecture.

Reorder the struct fields by size to reduce paddings and reduce
struct simd_flags size from 8 to 1 byte.
This reduces struct hist_entry size by 8 bytes (592->584),
and leaves a single more usable 6 byte padding hole.

The struct dump_regs contains 512 bytes of cache_regs, meaning the two
values in perf_sample contribute 1088 bytes of its total 1384 bytes
size. Initializing this much memory has a cost reported by Tavian
Barnes <tavianator@tavianator.com> as about 2.5% when running `perf
script --itrace=i0`:

Adrian Hunter <adrian.hunter@intel.com> replied that the zero
initialization was necessary and couldn't simply be removed.
This patch aims to strike a middle ground of still zeroing the
perf_sample, but removing 79% of its size by make user_regs and
intr_regs optional pointers to zalloc-ed memory. To support the
allocation accessors are created for user_regs and intr_regs. To
support correct cleanup perf_sample__init and perf_sample__exit
functions are created and added throughout the code base.

Add a new branch filter, "counter", for the branch counter option. It is
used to mark the events which should be logged in the branch. If it is
applied with the -j option, the counters of all the events should be
logged in the branch. If the legacy kernel doesn't support the new
branch sample type, switching off the branch counter filter.
The stored counter values in each branch are displayed right after the
regular branch stack information via perf report -D.
Usage examples:
# perf record -e "{branch-instructions,branch-misses}:S" -j any,counter
Only the first event, branch-instructions, collect the LBR. Both
branch-instructions and branch-misses are marked as logged events. The
occurrences information of them can be found in the branch stack
extension space of each branch.
# perf record -e "{cpu/branch-instructions,branch_type=any/,cpu/branch-misses,branch_type=counter/}"
Only the first event, branch-instructions, collect the LBR. Only the
branch-misses event is marked as a logged event.

The Retire Latency field is added in the var3_w of the
PERF_SAMPLE_WEIGHT_STRUCT. The Retire Latency reports pipeline stall of
this instruction compared to the previous instruction in cycles. That's
quite useful to display the information with perf mem report.
The p_stage_cyc for Power is also from the var3_w. Union the p_stage_cyc
and retire_lat to share the code.
Implement X86 specific codes to display the X86 specific header.
Add a new sort key retire_lat for the Retire Latency.
