6e7daa3dad NFSv4.2: fix CLONE/COPY attrs in presence of delegated attributes
xfstest generic/407 is failing in 2 ways. It detects that after
doing a clone the client does not update it's mtime and it's ctime.
CLONE always sends a GETATTR operation and then calls
nfs_post_op_update_inode() based on the returned attributes.
Because of the delegated attributes the client ignores updating
the mtime. Then also, when delegated attributes are present, for
the change_attr the server replies with the same values as what
the client cached before and thus the generic/407 would flag that.
Instead, make sure we invalidate the blocks attr.

By adding updating delegated attributes in nfs42_copy_dest_done()
both COPY and CLONE would update mtime appropriately.

9c332d7f63 nfs: update inode ctime after removexattr operation
xfstest generic/728 fails with delegated timestamps. The client does a
removexattr and then a stat to test the ctime, which doesn't change. The
stat() doesn't trigger a GETATTR because of the delegated timestamps, so
it relies on the cached ctime, which is wrong.

The setxattr compound has a trailing GETATTR, which ensures that its
ctime gets updated. Follow the same strategy with removexattr.

bf4afc53b7 Convert 'alloc_obj' family to use the new default GFP_KERNEL argument
This was done entirely with mindless brute force, using

    git grep -l '\<k[vmz]*alloc_objs*(.*, GFP_KERNEL)' |
        xargs sed -i 's/\(alloc_objs*(.*\), GFP_KERNEL)/\1)/'

to convert the new alloc_obj() users that had a simple GFP_KERNEL
argument to just drop that argument.

Note that due to the extreme simplicity of the scripting, any slightly
more complex cases spread over multiple lines would not be triggered:
they definitely exist, but this covers the vast bulk of the cases, and
the resulting diff is also then easier to check automatically.

For the same reason the 'flex' versions will be done as a separate
conversion.

69050f8d6d treewide: Replace kmalloc with kmalloc_obj for non-scalar types
This is the result of running the Coccinelle script from
scripts/coccinelle/api/kmalloc_objs.cocci. The script is designed to
avoid scalar types (which need careful case-by-case checking), and
instead replace kmalloc-family calls that allocate struct or union
object instances:

Single allocations:	kmalloc(sizeof(TYPE), ...)
are replaced with:	kmalloc_obj(TYPE, ...)

Array allocations:	kmalloc_array(COUNT, sizeof(TYPE), ...)
are replaced with:	kmalloc_objs(TYPE, COUNT, ...)

Flex array allocations:	kmalloc(struct_size(PTR, FAM, COUNT), ...)
are replaced with:	kmalloc_flex(*PTR, FAM, COUNT, ...)

(where TYPE may also be *VAR)

The resulting allocations no longer return "void *", instead returning
"TYPE *".

This commit fixes the failing xfstest 'generic/363'.

When the user mmaps() an area that extends beyond the end of file, and
proceeds to write data into the folio that straddles that eof, we're
required to discard that folio data if the user calls some function that
extends the file length.

d2e1d783f2 NFS: Add support for fallocate(FALLOC_FL_ZERO_RANGE)
This implements a suggestion from Trond that we can mimic
FALLOC_FL_ZERO_RANGE by sending a compound that first does a DEALLOCATE
to punch a hole in a file, and then an ALLOCATE to fill the hole with
zeroes. There might technically be a race here, but once the DEALLOCATE
finishes any reads from the region would return zeroes anyway, so I
don't expect it to cause problems.

adcc0aef9e NFS: Use NFSv4.2's OFFLOAD_STATUS operation
We've found that there are cases where a transport disconnection
results in the loss of callback RPCs. NFS servers typically do not
retransmit callback operations after a disconnect.

This can be a problem for the Linux NFS client's current
implementation of asynchronous COPY, which waits indefinitely for a
CB_OFFLOAD callback. If a transport disconnect occurs while an async
COPY is running, there's a good chance the client will never get the
completing CB_OFFLOAD.

Fix this by implementing the OFFLOAD_STATUS operation so that the
Linux NFS client can probe the NFS server if it doesn't see a
CB_OFFLOAD in a reasonable amount of time.

This patch implements a simplistic check. As future work, the client
might also be able to detect whether there is no forward progress on
the request asynchronous COPY operation, and CANCEL it.

The NULL-pointer dereference was due to nfs42_complete_copies() listed
the nfs_server->ss_copies by the field ss_copies of nfs4_copy_state.
So the nfs4_copy_state address ffff0100f98fa3f0 was offset by 0x10 and
the data accessed through this pointer was also incorrect. Generally,
the ordered list nfs4_state_owner->so_states indicate open(O_RDWR) or
open(O_WRITE) states are reclaimed firstly by nfs4_reclaim_open_state().
When destination state reclaim is failed with NFS_STATE_RECOVERY_FAILED
and copies are not deleted in nfs_server->ss_copies, the source state
may be passed to the nfs42_complete_copies() process earlier, resulting
in this crash scene finally. To solve this issue, we add a list_head
nfs_server->ss_src_copies for a server-to-server copy specially.

4730515378 nfs42: do not fail with EIO if ssc returns NFS4ERR_OFFLOAD_DENIED
The NFSv4.2 server even if supports intra-SSC might prefer that for
a particular file a classic copy is performed. As returning ENOTSUPP
will clear the SSC capability of the server by the client, server
might return NFS4ERR_OFFLOAD_DENIED (well, spec talks about remote
servers there).

Update nfs42_proc_copy to handle NFS4ERR_OFFLOAD_DENIED as ENOTSUPP,
but without clearing NFS_CAP_COPY bit.

038efb6348 NFSv4.2: Fixup CLONE dest file size for zero-length count
When holding a delegation, the NFS client optimizes away setting the
attributes of a file from the GETATTR in the compound after CLONE, and for
a zero-length CLONE we will end up setting the inode's size to zero in
nfs42_copy_dest_done(). Handle this case by computing the resulting count
from the server's reported size after CLONE's GETATTR.

3de24f3d70 NFS: replace usage of found with dedicated list iterator variable
To move the list iterator variable into the list_for_each_entry_*()
macro in the future it should be avoided to use the list iterator
variable after the loop body.

To *never* use the list iterator variable after the loop it was
concluded to use a separate iterator variable instead of a
found boolean [1].

This removes the need to use a found variable and simply checking if
the variable was set, can determine if the break/goto was hit.

b7f114edd5 NFSv4.2: fix reference count leaks in _nfs42_proc_copy_notify()
[You don't often get email from xiongx18@fudan.edu.cn. Learn why this is important at http://aka.ms/LearnAboutSenderIdentification.]

The reference counting issue happens in two error paths in the
function _nfs42_proc_copy_notify(). In both error paths, the function
simply returns the error code and forgets to balance the refcount of
object `ctx`, bumped by get_nfs_open_context() earlier, which may
cause refcount leaks.

Fix it by balancing refcount of the `ctx` object before the function
returns in both error paths.

3f015d89a4 NFSv42: Fix pagecache invalidation after COPY/CLONE
The mechanism in use to allow the client to see the results of COPY/CLONE
is to drop those pages from the pagecache. This forces the client to read
those pages once more from the server. However, truncate_pagecache_range()
zeros out partial pages instead of dropping them. Let us instead use
invalidate_inode_pages2_range() with full-page offsets to ensure the client
properly sees the results of COPY/CLONE operations.
