2e570a5140 ovpn: add support for asymmetric peer IDs
In order to support the multipeer architecture, upon connection setup
each side of a tunnel advertises a unique ID that the other side must
include in packets sent to them. Therefore when transmitting a packet, a
peer inserts the recipient's advertised ID for that specific tunnel into
the peer ID field. When receiving a packet, a peer expects to find its
own unique receive ID for that specific tunnel in the peer ID field.

Add support for the TX peer ID and embed it into transmitting packets.
If no TX peer ID is specified, fallback to using the same peer ID both
for RX and TX in order to be compatible with the non-multipeer compliant
peers.

68e83f3472 tools: ynl-gen: add regeneration comment
Add a comment on regeneration to the generated files.

The comment is placed after the YNL-GEN line[1], as to not interfere
with ynl-regen.sh's detection logic.

[1] and after the optional YNL-ARG line.

af52020fc5 ovpn: reject unexpected netlink attributes
Netlink ops do not expect all attributes to be always set, however
this condition is not explicitly coded any where, leading the user
to believe that all sent attributes are somewhat processed.

Fix this behaviour by introducing explicit checks.

For CMD_OVPN_PEER_GET and CMD_OVPN_KEY_GET directly open-code the
needed condition in the related ops handlers.
While for all other ops use attribute subsets in the ovpn.yaml spec file.

b7a63391aa ovpn: add basic netlink support
This commit introduces basic netlink support with family
registration/unregistration functionalities and stub pre/post-doit.

More importantly it introduces the YAML uAPI description along
with its auto-generated files:
- include/uapi/linux/ovpn.h
- drivers/net/ovpn/netlink-gen.c
- drivers/net/ovpn/netlink-gen.h
