16517bc98a bnxt_en: Check return value of bnxt_hwrm_vnic_cfg
When the bnxt RDMA driver is loaded, it calls bnxt_register_dev().
As part of this, driver sends HWRM_VNIC_CFG firmware command
to configure the VNIC to operate in dual VNIC mode. Currently
the driver ignores the result of this firmware command. The RDMA
driver must know the result since it affects its functioning.

Check return value of call to bnxt_hwrm_vnic_cfg() in
bnxt_register_dev() and return failure on error.

2c7c85c8c7 fwctl/bnxt_en: Refactor aux bus functions to be more generic
Up until now there was only one auxiliary device that bnxt
created and that was for RoCE driver. bnxt fwctl is also
going to use an aux bus device that bnxt should create.
This requires some nomenclature changes and refactoring of
the existing bnxt aux dev functions.

Convert 'aux_priv' and 'edev' members of struct bnxt into
arrays where each element contains supported auxbus device's
data. Move struct bnxt_aux_priv from bnxt.h to ulp.h because
that is where it belongs. Make aux bus init/uninit/add/del
functions more generic which will loop through all the aux
device types. Make bnxt_ulp_start/stop functions (the only
other common functions applicable to any aux device) loop
through the aux devices to update their config and states.
Make callers of bnxt_ulp_start() call it only when there
are no errors.

Also, as an improvement in code, bnxt_register_dev() can skip
unnecessary dereferencing of edev from bp, instead use the
edev pointer from the function parameter.

Future patches will reuse these functions to add an aux bus
device for fwctl.

32a92f8c89 Convert more 'alloc_obj' cases to default GFP_KERNEL arguments
This converts some of the visually simpler cases that have been split
over multiple lines. I only did the ones that are easy to verify the
resulting diff by having just that final GFP_KERNEL argument on the next
line.

Somebody should probably do a proper coccinelle script for this, but for
me the trivial script actually resulted in an assertion failure in the
middle of the script. I probably had made it a bit _too_ trivial.

So after fighting that far a while I decided to just do some of the
syntactically simpler cases with variations of the previous 'sed'
scripts.

The more syntactically complex multi-line cases would mostly really want
whitespace cleanup anyway.

bf4afc53b7 Convert 'alloc_obj' family to use the new default GFP_KERNEL argument
This was done entirely with mindless brute force, using

    git grep -l '\<k[vmz]*alloc_objs*(.*, GFP_KERNEL)' |
        xargs sed -i 's/\(alloc_objs*(.*\), GFP_KERNEL)/\1)/'

to convert the new alloc_obj() users that had a simple GFP_KERNEL
argument to just drop that argument.

Note that due to the extreme simplicity of the scripting, any slightly
more complex cases spread over multiple lines would not be triggered:
they definitely exist, but this covers the vast bulk of the cases, and
the resulting diff is also then easier to check automatically.

For the same reason the 'flex' versions will be done as a separate
conversion.

69050f8d6d treewide: Replace kmalloc with kmalloc_obj for non-scalar types
This is the result of running the Coccinelle script from
scripts/coccinelle/api/kmalloc_objs.cocci. The script is designed to
avoid scalar types (which need careful case-by-case checking), and
instead replace kmalloc-family calls that allocate struct or union
object instances:

Single allocations:	kmalloc(sizeof(TYPE), ...)
are replaced with:	kmalloc_obj(TYPE, ...)

Array allocations:	kmalloc_array(COUNT, sizeof(TYPE), ...)
are replaced with:	kmalloc_objs(TYPE, COUNT, ...)

Flex array allocations:	kmalloc(struct_size(PTR, FAM, COUNT), ...)
are replaced with:	kmalloc_flex(*PTR, FAM, COUNT, ...)

(where TYPE may also be *VAR)

The resulting allocations no longer return "void *", instead returning
"TYPE *".

Check the BNXT_EN_FLAG_ULP_STOPPED flag and do not proceed if the flag

Also, inside bnxt_ulp_start(), clear the BNXT_EN_FLAG_ULP_STOPPED

symmetry, only proceed in bnxt_ulp_start() if the
BNXT_EN_FLAG_ULP_STOPPED is set.

Only devlink and sriov paths are grabbing rtnl explicitly. The rest is
covered by netdev instance lock which the core now grabs, so there is
no need to manage rtnl in most places anymore.

On the core side we can now try to drop rtnl in some places
(do_setlink for example) for the drivers that signal non-rtnl
mode (TBD).

Boot-tested and with `ethtool -L eth1 combined 24` to trigger reset.

In the quest to make struct device constant, start by making
to_auxiliary_drv() return a constant pointer so that drivers that call
this can be fixed up before the driver core changes.

As the return type previously was not constant, also fix up all callers
that were assuming that the pointer was not going to be a constant one
in order to not break the build.

2e4592dc9b bnxt_en: Change MSIX/NQs allocation policy
The existing scheme sets aside a number of MSIX/NQs for the RoCE
driver whether the RoCE driver is registered or not. This scheme
is not flexible and limits the resources available for the L2 rings
if RoCE is never used.

Modify the scheme so that the RoCE MSIX/NQs can be used by the L2
driver if they are not used for RoCE. The MSIX/NQs are now
represented by 3 fields. bp->ulp_num_msix_want contains the
desired default value, edev->ulp_num_msix_vec contains the
available value (but not necessarily in use), and
ulp_tbl->msix_requested contains the actual value in use by RoCE.

The L2 driver can dip into edev->ulp_num_msix_vec if necessary.

We need to add rtnl_lock() back in bnxt_register_dev() and
bnxt_unregister_dev() to synchronize the MSIX usage between L2 and
RoCE.

Auxiliary device structures are freed in bnxt_aux_dev_release. So avoid
calling kfree from bnxt_remove_one.

Also, set bp->edev to NULL before freeing the auxilary private structure.

3034322113 bnxt_en: Remove runtime interrupt vector allocation
Modified the bnxt_en code to create and pre-configure RDMA devices
with the right MSI-X vector count for the ROCE driver to use.
This is to align the ROCE driver to the auxiliary device model which
will simply bind the driver without getting into PCI-related handling.
All PCI-related logic will now be in the bnxt_en driver.

a43c26fa2e RDMA/bnxt_re: Remove the sriov config callback
Remove the SRIOV config callback which the bnxt_en was calling
to reconfigure the chip resources for a PF device when VFs are
created. The code is now modified to provision the VF resources
based on the total VF count instead of the actual VF count.
This allows the SRIOV config callback to be removed from the
list of ulp_ops.

Add auxiliary driver support.
An auxiliary device will be created if the hardware indicates
support for RDMA.
The bnxt_ulp_probe() function has been removed and a new
bnxt_rdma_aux_device_add() function has been added.
The bnxt_free_msix_vecs() and bnxt_req_msix_vecs() will now hold
the RTNL lock when they call the bnxt_close_nic()and bnxt_open_nic()
since the device close and open need to be protected under RTNL lock.
The operations between the bnxt_en and bnxt_re will be protected
using the en_ops_lock.
This will be used by the bnxt_re driver in a follow-on patch
to create ROCE interfaces.

bbf33d1d98 bnxt_en: update all firmware calls to use the new APIs
The conversion follows this general pattern for most of the calls:

1. The input message is changed from a stack variable initialized
using bnxt_hwrm_cmd_hdr_init() to a pointer allocated and intialized
using hwrm_req_init().

2. If we don't need to read the firmware response, the hwrm_send_message()
call is replaced with hwrm_req_send().

3. If we need to read the firmware response, the mutex lock is replaced
by hwrm_req_hold() to hold the response. When the response is read, the
mutex unlock is replaced by hwrm_req_drop().

If additional DMA buffers are needed for firmware response data, the
hwrm_req_dma_slice() is used instead of calling dma_alloc_coherent().

Some minor refactoring is also done while doing these conversions.

v2: Fix unintialized variable warnings in __bnxt_hwrm_get_tx_rings()
and bnxt_approve_mac()
