28e84c6e2e media: saa7164: fix cleanup on resource allocation failure
saa7164_dev_setup() adds the device to the global saa7164_devlist before
requesting the PCI BAR memory regions.

If get_resources() fails, saa7164_dev_setup() decrements the device count
and returns an error, but leaves the device on saa7164_devlist. The probe
error path then frees the device, leaving a dangling entry on the global
list.

Reuse the existing MMIO mapping error path to remove the device from
saa7164_devlist and decrement the device count before returning.

Also release BAR0 if it was successfully requested but the BAR2 request
fails.

Some pci_device_id arrays already used the PCI_DEVICE macros, others

d51c60a498 media: saa7164: add ioremap return checks and cleanups
Add checks for ioremap return values in saa7164_dev_setup(). If
ioremap for BAR0 or BAR2 fails, release the already allocated PCI
memory regions, remove the device from the global list, decrement
the device count, and return -ENODEV.

This prevents potential null pointer dereferences and ensures proper
cleanup on memory mapping failures.

bf4afc53b7 Convert 'alloc_obj' family to use the new default GFP_KERNEL argument
This was done entirely with mindless brute force, using

    git grep -l '\<k[vmz]*alloc_objs*(.*, GFP_KERNEL)' |
        xargs sed -i 's/\(alloc_objs*(.*\), GFP_KERNEL)/\1)/'

to convert the new alloc_obj() users that had a simple GFP_KERNEL
argument to just drop that argument.

Note that due to the extreme simplicity of the scripting, any slightly
more complex cases spread over multiple lines would not be triggered:
they definitely exist, but this covers the vast bulk of the cases, and
the resulting diff is also then easier to check automatically.

For the same reason the 'flex' versions will be done as a separate
conversion.

69050f8d6d treewide: Replace kmalloc with kmalloc_obj for non-scalar types
This is the result of running the Coccinelle script from
scripts/coccinelle/api/kmalloc_objs.cocci. The script is designed to
avoid scalar types (which need careful case-by-case checking), and
instead replace kmalloc-family calls that allocate struct or union
object instances:

Single allocations:	kmalloc(sizeof(TYPE), ...)
are replaced with:	kmalloc_obj(TYPE, ...)

Array allocations:	kmalloc_array(COUNT, sizeof(TYPE), ...)
are replaced with:	kmalloc_objs(TYPE, COUNT, ...)

Flex array allocations:	kmalloc(struct_size(PTR, FAM, COUNT), ...)
are replaced with:	kmalloc_flex(*PTR, FAM, COUNT, ...)

(where TYPE may also be *VAR)

The resulting allocations no longer return "void *", instead returning
"TYPE *".

8003313d38 media: Replace file->private_data access with file_to_v4l2_fh()
Accessing file->private_data manually to retrieve the v4l2_fh pointer is
error-prone, as the field is a void * and will happily cast implicitly
to any pointer type.

Replace all remaining locations that read the v4l2_fh pointer directly
from file->private_data with usage of the file_to_v4l2_fh() function.
The change was generated manually.

No functional change is intended, this only paves the way to remove
direct accesses to file->private_data and make V4L2 drivers safer.
Other accesses to the field will be addressed separately.

2ce99accf3 media: pci: saa7164: Store v4l2_fh pointer in file->private_data
Most V4L2 drivers store the v4l2_fh pointer in file->private_data. The
saa7164 instead stores the pointer to the driver-specific structure that
embeds the v4l2_fh. Switch to storing the v4l2_fh pointer itself to
standardize behaviour across drivers. This also prepares for future
refactoring that depends on v4l2_fh being stored in private_data.

This also fixes a bug in the vidioc_g_std() in saa7164-vbi.c that casts
the private_data void pointer to a saa7164_encoder_fh instead of a
saa7164_vbi_fh. The bug has no practical consequence as the two
structures are identical.

7aa87db5b8 media: saa7164: use generic power management
The .suspend() and .resume() callbacks are not defined for this driver.
Still, their power management structure follows the legacy framework. To
bring it under the generic framework, simply remove the binding of
callbacks from struct "pci_driver".

Compile-tested only.

Instead of filling in the struct v4l2_capability device_caps
