bo->size is redundant because the base GEM object already has a size
field with the same value. Drop bo->size and use the base GEM object’s
size instead. While at it, introduce xe_bo_size() to abstract the BO
size.

Print the vm that the vma belongs to in the vma trace.
This is useful to correlate VMA operations to the VM.

The commit
afd2627f72 ("tracing: Check "%s" dereference via the field and not the TP_printk format")
exposes potential UAFs in the xe_bo_move trace event.
Fix those by avoiding dereferencing the
xe_mem_type_to_name[] array at TP_printk time.
Since some code refactoring has taken place, explicit backporting may
be needed for kernels older than 6.10.

In multi-gpu environments it is important to know the device
bo/vm belongs to. The tracing information includes the device_id
to indicate the device the event is associated with.
