The DRM_TTM_KUNIT_TEST config option should default
to KUNIT_ALL_TESTS so that if all tests are enabled then
it is included, but currently the 'default KUNIT_ALL_TESTS'
statement is shadowed by an unconditional 'default n',
meaning that this second default statement is currently dead code.
This dead code was found by kconfirm, a static analysis
tool for Kconfig.

Move the DRM buddy allocator one level up so that it can be used by GPU
drivers (example, nova-core) that have usecases other than DRM (such as
VFIO vGPU support). Modify the API, structures and Kconfigs to use
"gpu_buddy" terminology. Adapt the drivers and tests to use the new API.
The commit cannot be split due to bisectability, however no functional
change is intended. Verified by running K-UNIT tests and build tested
various configurations.

[airlied: I've split this into two so git can find copies easier.
I've also just nuked drm_random library, that stuff needs to be done
elsewhere and only the buddy tests seem to be using it].

Only sysfb drivers use drm_fb_build_fourcc_list(). Move the function
to sysfb helpers and rename it accordingly. Update drivers and tests.
v3:
- update naming in tests
v2:
- select DRM_SYSFB_HELPER (kernel test robot)

Implement a mock scheduler backend and add some basic test to exercise the
core scheduler code paths.
Mock backend (kind of like a very simple mock GPU) can either process jobs
by tests manually advancing the "timeline" job at a time, or alternatively
jobs can be configured with a time duration in which case they get
completed asynchronously from the unit test code.
Core scheduler classes are subclassed to support this mock implementation.
The tests added are just a few simple submission patterns.
