Rename struct aes_key in aesp8-ppc.h and aes-gcm-p10-glue.c to
p8_aes_key and p10_aes_key, respectively. This frees up the name to use
in the library API in <crypto/aes.h>.

The powerpc aes/ghash code was relying on pagefault_disable from
being pulled in by random header files.
Fix this by explicitly including uaccess.h. Also add other missing
header files to prevent similar problems in future.

Mark the src.virt.addr field in struct skcipher_walk as a pointer
to const data. This guarantees that the user won't modify the data
which should be done through dst.virt.addr to ensure that flushing
is done when necessary.

This patch has been tested has passed the selftest. The patch is also tested with
