d6b894cbfa bugs/LoongArch: Concatenate 'cond_str' with '__FILE__' in __BUG_ENTRY(), to extend WARN_ON/BUG_ON output
Extend WARN_ON and BUG_ON style output from:

  WARNING: CPU: 0 PID: 0 at kernel/sched/core.c:8511 sched_init+0x20/0x410

to:

  WARNING: CPU: 0 PID: 0 at [idx < 0 && ptr] kernel/sched/core.c:8511 sched_init+0x20/0x410

Note that the output will be further reorganized later in this series.

aec58b4851 bugs/core: Extend __WARN_FLAGS() with the 'cond_str' parameter
Push the new parameter down into every architecture that defines __WARN_FLAGS():

  arm64
  loongarch
  parisc
  powerpc
  riscv
  s390
  sh
  x86

Don't pass anything substantial down yet, just propagate the
new parameter with empty strings, without generating it or
using it.

( The string is never NULL, so it can be concatenated at the
  preprocessor level. )

87116ae6da objtool: Fix ANNOTATE_REACHABLE to be a normal annotation
Currently REACHABLE is weird for being on the instruction after the
instruction it modifies.

Since all REACHABLE annotations have an explicit instruction, flip
them around.

624bde3465 loongarch: Use ASM_REACHABLE
annotate_reachable() is unreliable since the compiler is free to place
random code inbetween two consecutive asm() statements.

This removes the last and only annotate_reachable() user.

cb8a2ef084 LoongArch: Add ORC stack unwinder support
The kernel CONFIG_UNWINDER_ORC option enables the ORC unwinder, which is
similar in concept to a DWARF unwinder. The difference is that the format
of the ORC data is much simpler than DWARF, which in turn allows the ORC
unwinder to be much simpler and faster.

The ORC data consists of unwind tables which are generated by objtool.
After analyzing all the code paths of a .o file, it determines information
about the stack state at each instruction address in the file and outputs
that information to the .orc_unwind and .orc_unwind_ip sections.

The per-object ORC sections are combined at link time and are sorted and
post-processed at boot time. The unwinder uses the resulting data to
correlate instruction addresses with their stack states at run time.

Most of the logic are similar with x86, in order to get ra info before ra
is saved into stack, add ra_reg and ra_offset into orc_entry. At the same
time, modify some arch-specific code to silence the objtool warnings.

2d2c395217 LoongArch: Use generic BUG() handler
Inspired by commit 9fb7410f955("arm64/BUG: Use BRK instruction for
generic BUG traps"), do similar for LoongArch to use generic BUG()
handler.

This patch uses the BREAK software breakpoint instruction to generate
a trap instead, similarly to most other arches, with the generic BUG
code generating the dmesg boilerplate.

This allows bug metadata to be moved to a separate table and reduces
the amount of inline code at BUG() and WARN() sites. This also avoids
clobbering any registers before they can be dumped.

To mitigate the size of the bug table further, this patch makes use of
the existing infrastructure for encoding addresses within the bug table
as 32-bit relative pointers instead of absolute pointers.

(Note: this limits the max kernel size to 2GB.)
