hexagon: simplify asm/io.h for !HAS_IOPORT
Hexagon fails to build after the final patch that makes CONFIG_HAS_IOPORT
optional:

In file included from arch/hexagon/include/asm/io.h:328:
include/asm-generic/io.h:854:18: error: static declaration of 'ioread8' follows non-static declaration
854 | static inline u8 ioread8(const volatile void __iomem *addr)
      | ^
include/asm-generic/io.h:853:17: note: expanded from macro 'ioread8'
  853 | #define ioread8 ioread8
      | ^
include/asm-generic/iomap.h:29:21: note: previous declaration is here
   29 | extern unsigned int ioread8(const void __iomem *);
      | ^

As it turns out, most of its asm/io.h and lib/io.c files is redundant now,
and just removing all that makes it build again.

As with the other architectures, defining the __raw_readl()/__raw_writel()
type functions instead of the non-__raw ones is better here for consistency.

026246f114 arch/*/io.h: remove ioremap_uc in some architectures
ioremap_uc() is only meaningful on old x86-32 systems with the PAT
extension, and on ia64 with its slightly unconventional ioremap()
behavior. So remove the ioremap_uc() definition in architecutures
other than x86 and ia64. These architectures all have asm-generic/io.h
included and will have the default ioremap_uc() definition which
returns NULL.

This changes the existing behaviour, while no need to worry about
any breakage because in the only callsite of ioremap_uc(), code
has been adjusted to eliminate the impact. Please see
atyfb_setup_generic() of drivers/video/fbdev/aty/atyfb_base.c.

If any new invocation of ioremap_uc() need be added, please consider
using ioremap() intead or adding a ARCH specific version if necessary.

5bd2cc5666 hexagon: mm: convert to GENERIC_IOREMAP
By taking GENERIC_IOREMAP method, the generic ioremap_prot() and iounmap()
are visible and available to arch. This change will simplify
implementation by removing duplicated code with generic ioremap_prot() and
iounmap(), and has the equivalent functioality.

For hexagon, the current ioremap() and iounmap() are the same as generic
version. After taking GENERIC_IOREMAP way, the old ioremap() and
iounmap() can be completely removed.

regmap/hexagon: Properly fix the generic IO helpers
I was too naive in just including <asm-generic/io.h> into
hexagon: one has to specify defines for every call that uses
a (static) inline or this will not work.

Fix it up by providing proper defines for all shorthands that
hexagon provides.

Compile-tested with hexagon LLVM which is the only working cross
compiler for hexagon ATM after commenting out the
-fno-inline-functions-called-once switch which isn't working
with LLVM.

regmap: mmio: Support accelerared noinc operations
Use the newly added callback for accelerated noinc MMIO
to provide writesb, writesw, writesl, writesq, readsb, readsw,
readsl and readsq.

A special quirk is needed to deal with big endian regmaps: there
are no accelerated operations defined for big endian, so fall
back to calling the big endian operations itereatively for this
case.

The Hexagon architecture turns out to have an incomplete
<asm/io.h>: writesb() is not implemented. Fix this by doing
what other architectures do: include <asm-generic/io.h> into
the <asm/io.h> file.

cb84c2b401 hexagon: Fix build failures in linux-next
hexagon:defconfig fails to build in linux-next since commit 332fd7c4fe
("genirq: Generic chip: Change irq_reg_{readl,writel} arguments").

The primary build failure is

arch/hexagon/include/asm/cacheflush.h: In function 'copy_to_user_page':
arch/hexagon/include/asm/cacheflush.h:89:22: error: 'VM_EXEC' undeclared

This is the result of including of <linux/io.h> from <linux/irq.h>,
which is now necessary due to the use of readl and writel from irq.h.
This causes recursive inclusions in hexagon code; cacheflush.h is included
from mm.h prior to the definition of VM_EXEC.

Fix the problem by moving copy_to_user_page from the hexagon include file to
arch/hexagon/mm/cache.c, similar to other architectures. After this change,
several redefinitions of readl and writel are reported. Those are caused
by recursive inclusions of io.h and asm/cacheflush.h. Fix those problems by
reducing the number of files included from those files. Also, it was necessary
to stop including asm-generic/cacheflush.h from asm/cacheflush.h. Instead,
functionality originally provided by asm-generic/cacheflush.h is now coded
in asm/cacheflush.h directly.
