Split up the region reserved for the firmware image in more specific
sections to expose the full fixed layout. Especially the LPM metadata
section is important for bootloaders as it contains information about
how to exit IO+DDR. This is read by the bootloader but is written by the

Add remote processor PAS loader for Kaanapali CDSP processor, compatible

Merge the support for loading and managing TustZone-based remote
processors found in the Qualcomm Glymur platform from a shared topic
branch, as it's a mix of qcom-soc and remoteproc patches.
On most Qualcomm platforms, the Qualcomm Hypervisor Execution
Environment (QHEE) is either used as a standalone hypervisor or
co-exists as a module with the Gunyah hypervisor. When QHEE is
present, it configures firmware streams for remote processors.
If QHEE is not available, the operating system must perform
these configurations instead and for that remote processor
firmware stream should be presented to the operating system.
To support this, add the iommus property as an optional property
for PAS-supported devices.

One SDM845 board uses cx-supply, which is not allowed by the bindings,
as reported by dtbs_check:
sdm845-samsung-starqltechn.dtb: remoteproc@5c00000 (qcom,sdm845-slpi-pas): Unevaluated properties are not allowed ('cx-supply' was unexpected)
The SDM845 SLPI binding already allows lcx and lmx domains, thus the
cx-supply seems like a fake name for something else, e.g. some
enable pin. The qcom_q6v5_pas.c driver parses cx-supply, so it is an
established ABI, therefore document it for this device only.

Move several embedded controller bindings (like ChromeOS EC, Gateworks
System Controller and Kontron sl28cpld Board Management) to new
subdirectory "embedded-controller" matching their purpose.
An embedded controller (EC) is a discrete component that contains a
microcontroller (i.e. a small CPU running a small firmware without
operating system) mounted into a larger computer system running
a fully fledged operating system that needs to utilize the embedded
controller as part of its operation.
So far the EC bindings were split between "mfd" and "platform"
directory. MFD name comes from Linux, not hardware, and "platform" is a
bit too generic.
Rename Gateworks GSC and Huawei Gaokun filenames to match compatible, as
preferred for bindings.

Add remote processor PAS loader for SM8750 MPSS (modem). Device looks
fully compatible with SM8650, however it lacks fifth memory region for
Qlink Logging, according to downstream sources. This is a bit tricky,
because updated downstream sources for newer downstream release dropped
that fifth memory region as well.
There might be other differences against SM8650, because the modem
currently crashes after starting.
