My name is stamped into maintainership for a big slew of DT
bindings. Now that it is changing, switch it over to my
kernel.org mail address, which will hopefully be stable for the
rest of my life.

Extend the DSI controller schema to allow bridge child nodes.
This makes it possible to describe external bridge devices directly
connected as DSI peripherals.

In order to add meta-schema checks for additional/unevaluatedProperties
being present, all schema need to make this explicit. As common/shared
schema are included by other schemas, they should always allow for
additionalProperties.
