138f2ea90b speakup: Document bleeps parameter values
The speakup documentation had a TODO about accepted values for the
bleeps parameter. drivers/accessibility/speakup/main.c indicates
that it's a bitmasked param where bit 0 controls beeping and bit 1
controls announcements.

79cb49ebb4 speakup: Clarify bleep_time unit is milliseconds
The documentation had a TODO questioning whether the unit was in
jiffies. The implementation in drivers/accessibility/speakup/main.c
passes spk_bleep_time to msecs_to_jiffies(), confirming the unit is
in milliseconds.

72b8ec15f9 accessibility: speakup: phonetic spelling while arrowing letter by letter
This patch includes an enhancement requested frequently on the mailing
list.[1][2] It adds a variable, cur_phonetic in the spk_vars, which can
be set as a module parameter, as well as in /sys/speakup/cur_phonetic.
This patch also documents cur_phonetic as a sysfs attribute in
sysfs-driver-speakup.

When cur_phonetic=1, it causes speakup to speak letters phonetically if
paused on the character while arrowing through a word.

When a user does not set cur_phonetic to any value, the default value
for it would be 0.

1f7c14afd4 speakup: Make dectlk flush timeout configurable
In case the serial port or cable got faulty, we may not be getting
acknowledgements any more. The driver then currently waits for 4s to
avoid jamming the device. This makes this delay configurable.

54a19b4d3f docs: ABI: cleanup several ABI documents
There are some ABI documents that, while they don't generate
any warnings, they have issues when parsed by get_abi.pl script
on its output result.

Address them, in order to provide a clean output.
