drm/imagination: Access FW initialised state with READ/WRITE_ONCE

Update FW initialised state shared resource access with READ/WRITE_ONCE
to prevent following:
- Non-atomic access to variable in multi-thread/CPU case.
- Merge successive loads from the same variable.
