arm64: dts: imx95-19x19-evk: Add pf09 and pf53 thermal zones

System Manager supports reading out pf09 and pf53 temperature and
SCMI Agent could get the values through SCMI sensor protocol. So add
the nodes to allow Linux to get the temperature.
