wifi: ieee80211: define beacon protection bit field
An AP supporting Beacon Protection should set bit 84 in the extended capabilities IE (9.4.2.25 in the 802.11be D7 spec). So the *4th* bit of the 10th byte should be checked to figure out whether beacon protection is enabled or disabled.
