ASoC: soc-dai: add snd_soc_dai_get_symmetric_xxx()

Browse Source 
DAI parameter will be capsuled soon, will be not enable to access from
each drivers. Add snd_soc_dai_get_symmetric_xxx() to get symmetric
param from DAI.
