wifi: rtw89: manual cosmetic along lockdep_assert_wiphy()
With spatch script, already remove most driver mutex and generate lockdep_assert_wiphy(), and some are needed to refine manually further to be expected: - lockdep_assert_wiphy() always be the first statement in function - return directly rather than unnecessary goto - change assert from mutex to wiphy lock, which script can't convert automatically.
