ARM: dts: imx6ul-tx6ul: drop empty pinctrl placeholder

Drop an empty pin configuration node placeholder, because bindings
require 'fsl,pins' property:

  imx6ul-tx6ul-0010.dtb: pinctrl@20e0000: hoggrp: 'fsl,pins' is a required property
