drm/xe: Set XE_BO_FLAG_PINNED in migrate selftest BOs

Browse Source 
We only allow continguous BOs to be vmapped, set XE_BO_FLAG_PINNED on
BOs in migrate selftest as this forces continguous BOs and selftest uses
vmaps.
