wifi: rtw88: usb: Enable RX aggregation for RTL8814AU

Let the chip transfer several frames in a single USB Request Block.
This is supposed to improve the RX speed.

It can use the same code used for RTL8822CU, RTL8822BU, and RTL8821CU.
