MAINTAINERS: Update Jonathan Cameron's email address

Browse Source 
Update my email address for CXL, FWCTL and Cache subsystems to use my
kernel.org account. Also update .mailmap.

Separate patches will replace maintainers for HiSilicon specific hardware.
