drm/msm: Fix snapshotting a7xx indexed regs

Browse Source 
We were overwriting the last indexed reg (CP_ROQ) and we were
snapshotting the same CP_MEMPOOL block twice instead of snapshotting
CP_BV_MEMPOOL as intended.
