udf, ext2, quota, jbd2: Unify email addresses in MAINTAINERS

Browse Source 
In MAINTAINERS file I was using two different email address. With the
advent of various tools which use address in MAINTAINERS as an
identifier (like Sashiko's pre-existing issues list) it is a bit
annoying to remember which entry has what. Make all entries use the same
address.
