drm/xe: Fix build error in xe_ggtt.c

Need to include io-64-nonatomic-lo-hi.h for writeq function.
Commit 3121fed0c5 ("drm/xe: Cleanup some layering in GGTT")
removed the xe_mmio.h include so lost the indirect include.  Add it
where it's needed.
