mmc: core: Improve RPMB frame handling code

Introduce RPMB_FRAME_SIZE, CHECK_SIZE_NEQ(), and CHECK_SIZE_ALIGNED()
macros to replace repetitive sizeof(struct rpmb_frame) checks in
mmc_route_rpmb_frames().
