Subject: [PATCH] xfs: remove the meaningless XFS_ALLOC_FLAG_FREEING

In xfs_refcount_finish_one(), there's no need to pass
XFS_ALLOC_FLAG_FREEING to xfs_alloc_read_agf().

So remove it.
