powerpc/86xx: disable IDE subsystem in mpc8610_hpcd_defconfig

This patch disables deprecated IDE subsystem in mpc8610_hpcd_defconfig
(no IDE host drivers are selected in this config so there is no valid
reason to enable IDE subsystem itself).
