dt-bindings: rtc: digicolor-rtc: move to trivial-rtc

Browse Source 
Convert existing binding to dtschema to support validation.

This device meets the requirements to be moved to trivial-rtc
(compatible, reg and a single interrupt).

This binding currently supports the CX92755 SoC.
Required properties:
- compatible: should be "cnxt,cx92755-rtc"
- reg: physical base address of the controller and length of memory mapped
region.
