dt-bindings: mtd: arasan: Add "power-domains" for ZynqMP

Browse Source 
ZynqMP NAND controller nodes use "power-domains" property already, so add
it to the schema. As ZynqMP is the only supported platform currently, no
need for a conditional schema.
