arm64: dts: rockchip: Add bluetooth support to Khadas Edge2

This commit adds the RTS signal, specifies the compatible Broadcom chip,
its clock source, interrupts, GPIOs for wakeup and shutdown, maximum speed,
pinctrl settings, and power supplies.
